ANNNND im in Herriman

Okaaaay sooo...

Day 1:
I woke up at 4:30 to say bye to my district and get ready :(
Theeeeeeen we walked in the freezing rain to get to a bus which THREW US AROUND!!! AND on my way to the bus i dropped all of my suitcases. And then we got off the bus, and got on a DOUBLE DECKER TRAIN... shortly after we were with the mission pres. Met my comp who is amazing (and is like a nicer version of Aubrey).
HERE IS THE AMAZING PART! Okay so right after we just get straight to work!
(Setting the scene)
1. I am in a spanish speaking area
2. I am setting up a new area
So since we dont know anyone we have to find right??? And since we are in a new area we dont have a car. So the STLS( Sister Training Leaders) drop us off. But we realize that my comp doesnt have her phone, and we are only allowed one sim card. So we have to walk all the way to the church to get me some wifi so i could call the STL's so they could bring us her phone. Welll while we were waiting we startwd walking and found some members.
These people are sooooooo kind. And he told us that he is reading the Book of Mormon for the 5th time. Crazy right?! Anyway we talk for wayyyy to long, so we walk Back to the church to call them again. AND THEN a wonderful woman named cindy comes to us crying. She said that they found a cist in her, and she is really scared, and she needs a blessing. So she asks us if we know anyone... and since we are new we dont.... EXCEPT for the people we had just talked to. So cindy gets the most beautiful blessing, hugs us, and then leaves. And after all of this we continue walking, and find this family. They invite us in, feed us and tell us they have been pretty inactive. Then they asks us to teach their daughter so she can be baptized WOOOHOOO!!!

AND THAT WAS JUST DAY 1

The next day we got authentic mexican food at a resturant for free and will celebrate El día de los muertos there. Im soooo excited.
Because we speak Spanish, and are in America, we offer free english classes. So on our second night we were walking along and saw 2 German people and asked them if they knew any Spanish speakers who want English classes, one of them said yes....He showed up with her, her name is Constanza, she is wonderful. My comp swears she is part of the elect. She came to church just for English class, and she said the spirit is so strong, so we gave her a book of mormon, and invited her to church.  She had been reading it, and CAME TO CHURCH! We haven't even taught her a lesson. Everyone there thought she was a member, because she just glad with the light of christ :)

A lot of the latinos here make fun of me because i suck at Spanish but i think they appreciate that I try.

I had a super hard day so I asked for a blessing.  This guy had no idea what I was going through, but he answers Everything that i asked for in my prayers.

Never forget you are enough, please try to open your hearts to pray, and ask God for help. The righteous are alwsys delievered. But not always right away.
Never in the Bible or the Book of Mormon are we promised that we wont have problems. I mean look at those prophets, read their stories, they suffered so much. But God always delievered them. Always. Nephis brothers tried to Kill him... and he was delievered. We will always always always be delievered. Try to have paciencia y fe

Adios ;)
